If you click to the short cut buttons(arrow indicated) respective section will be opened. Middle button opens topbar general section, right button opens topbar social section and left indicated button opens topbar text section.

If you click middle shot-cut edit button of topbar this(above image) customizer area will be opened. Now you can change background color, bottom border color or make this area hidden.

If you click left shot-cut edit button of topbar this(above image) customizer area will be opened. Now you can enter input two to five item with icon. You can change color as well.

If you click right shot-cut edit button of topbar this(above image) customizer area will be opened. Now you can select four to five social icon with link. You can select target and change color as well.

If you click middle shot-cut edit button of header this(above image) customizer area will be opened. Now you can select alignment of header, header background-color and padding top and bottom as well.

If you click on above short-cut edit button header media section will be opened . By default header media type is image(image below left) but you select slide, video or none.

Customizer->site header panel ->sticky and full-page header section

You can enable sticky header by selecting “Enable sticky header” checkbox. You can change background-color of sticky header as well.

You can check “Enable Full-page header media” checkbox to enable full page and transparent header. You can make transparent topbar, header, menu and border. But make sure menu or other control opacity is not zero. By default menu background-color opacity is zero so you need to turn into 1 if you want transparent all except menu.
